Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Prapanjika, we take great care in crafting and delivering our tabletop figurines and collectible art pieces. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Minor variations in finish or texture (due to handcrafted/3D printed nature)
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund (if replacement is not available).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Processing delays may occur depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@prapanjika.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
